For families

Sign up with the email you want season communications sent to, then add each athlete in your household to that one account.

Use the forgot-password link on the login screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam and confirm which email address your account uses.

Practices and games appear in your account once teams are formed and coaches publish them — usually within a week of team assignments.

Enable push and email notifications so you receive cancellations and last-minute changes from your coach.

Receipts and payment plans live in your account order history. For billing corrections, contact the P.L.A.Y. office.

Keep phone numbers and emails current for every guardian so nobody misses a weather cancellation.

Coach tools appear after your application, background check and required training are complete and the board assigns you to a team.

View contact details for your team, message families and track availability from the coach view.

Enter practices and games so they flow into every family's calendar automatically.
